		<description>I&#039;ve been a driver at Fedex Express for several years and it&#039;s not the great company to work for that Fedex would like the public to think. I currently make $15.29 per hour, pay over $200.00 per month for healthcare, my pension was basically done away with 2 years ago, and the turnover rate is sky high. Let&#039;s compare this to a UPS driver; The UPS driver that I see and talk to everyday makes Almost $30 per hour, pays $0 for health insurance, and will draw over $3,000.00 from his pension when he retires. There&#039;s really no comparison in wages and benefits, but we somehow manage to get listed on Forbes Magazine best companies to work for each year.No driver that I&#039;ve talked to has ever been asked to take part in this Forbes Magazine survey, so that tells me something fishy is going on there.</description>
