Recently, FedEx’s “Brown Bailout” ghost-writers urged their supporters and employees to write their legislators and urge Congress to strip out a provision in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) reauthorization bill which would end a legal advantage that FedEx Express and only FedEx Express enjoys.
